On April 5, 2023, the Committee for the Advancement of Women, Mothers, and Children (CAWMC) of the Ministry of Technology and Communications (MTC) initiated activities to promote the advancement of women, mothers, and children at Lao Sat Company, Na Hai Village, Hadxayfong District, Vientiane Capital. The event was led by Mrs. Chanob Sihalat, Deputy Chairperson of CAWMC, with the participation of department heads of CAWMC and relevant technical staff. The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Sisane Pongnathi, Party Secretary and Deputy Director-General of Lao Sat Company, who is also a committee member.

The Committee for the Advancement of Women, Mothers, and Children of the MTC, along with the secretariat of CAWMC from the company and representatives from three mass organizations and technical staff from various departments, participated fully. During the meeting, both parties consulted and exchanged ideas directly, particularly focusing on the dissemination of regulations, responsibilities, duties, and national plans of the *CAWMC* to raise awareness and understanding of such work among the secretariat of CAWMC and technical staff within Lao Sat Company.
